This page outlines Hunt-N-Gear’s pickup and return policies. You must agree to these terms prior to making a purchase. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND AFTER 15 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE

All in store pickup items must be picked up within 7 business days from the date of purchase, or you will be refunded minus a 30% restocking fee. 

  • Unless noted here, all merchandise purchased from Hunt-N-Gear, LLC may be returned for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges, and credit card processing fees) within 15 days from delivery.
  • All return shipments must display a Return Authorization Number printed clearly on the outside of the package. Any Package without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
  • Returns must be unused, in new condition, and in the original sealed manufacturer’s packaging (including Styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.).

  • We do not accept returns on firearms, ammunition, bows, crossbows, black powder, primers, reloading lead and brass or bullets, special or personalized orders, close-outs, sale items, software and electronics, books, Broadheads, CD’s, Tree stands (for safety concerns), arrows/shafts, ANY mouth calls. Mouth calls include (but are not limited to) waterfowl calls, turkey calls, big game calls. 

  • Our acceptance of a UPS/USPS package does not constitute approval of a returned item. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of Hunt-N-Gear, LLC as to the item’s condition and ability to be returned.
  • Returned items that are not in original packaging and/or showing any signs of use, installation or wear will carry a 30% restocking fee or may be refused entirely depending upon the severity of wear.
  • Hunt-N-Gear, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or unsellable for any reason.
  • Return shipping will only be refunded in the event of an error made by Hunt-N-Gear, LLC. All COD’s sent to Hunt-N-Gear, LLC will be refused/returned to sender.
